The Little Clinic

I wouldn't waste my time going to this little clinic unless you have an appointment Went there today sat and waited 20 minutes for someone to get back from lunch so the little girl told me that they were booked till 530 so how was that walkin's you must have an appointment don't waste your time unless you have an appointmen.

Went today to have my son seen due to a cough he's had for almost a week. Hours posted all over said from 8:30a-12:00p and from 12:30-4p. We got there at 12:30... Checked in... Screen said it'd be a 15 minutes wait. We waited for 30 minutes and still no one showed up and we were never seen. I will no longer be using the little clinic when my child is sick. Very unprofessional.

Currently listening to the phone ring with a no answer. 9 minutes and counting.

Made an appointment online, seen as soon as I got there, prescription was sent via computer to Kroger pharmacy. Great experience. Was seen and prescription was ready in a total of 24 minutes!

I was very happy with the great care I received at The Little Clinic. I have been in before and the Front Desk ladies were friendly and very helpful. I didn't wait long to see Suzanne Palmisano-Austin, APRN. She was wonderful. I prefer this Clinic rather than going to my PCP due to simplicity. I highly recommend Little Clinic.
