The doctor that I’ve been going to just disappears without our any warnings or letting me know In case I want to change locations or practices

I started taking my daughter here when she was 3 days old....she just turned 4 months and we no longer go here. We used to see Dominique Shields for medical and I loved her, but as far as everything else I did not enjoy bringing my daughter to this place. The Hispanic lady working front desk never seemed to be friendly even if I approached her wth a smile or tried to be nice, but I noticed she seemed to be more friendly when dealing with other Hispanic patients and that really bothered me. I now take my daughter to Christ Hospital in Liberty and am SO much more happier there! I feel good about the care my baby is receiving now and how friendly the people are. It's really a fresh breath of air! Dominique was the only good thing about this place.

The Fairfield location is the most disorganized office I have ever been to. I received an email notifying me that my child was due for his annual check up. I scheduled due to this notification and arrived on time only to be told that there was a glitch in the system and he wasn’t due for a couple more months and that I would have to reschedule. I took off of work and wasted hours of my time when someone could have told me that he wasn’t due upon scheduling this. I then was scheduled for a dental appointment at the same location for 6 PM on a weekday. Upon arrival, I was told by the same Front desk personnel that I would not be able to have my son seen that evening because it was too late to call CIGNA to check his insurance and if I wanted to say stay it would be several hundred dollars out of pocket. I will never have any of my children return to primary Health solutions.

My overall experience at this office was wonderful! although it was very VERY hard to get through the call center to schedule an appointment! I had to call many times and i would never get through so i decided to stop in instead the girl at the front was very nice and scheduled it for me, she was also very helpful providing me with info i needed to know over what our insurance would pay. I was able to get my son in to see the dentist and her assistant who did a great job with his fillings! The hygienist was also great, she is however in high demand which meant we had to wait a little bit longer to get in to see her. Will be going back for all my future dental needs!

current front office is horrible and so was the service definitely would recommend to go elsewhere
