Waited in line for 35 minutes, tellers laughing have conversations about what they are doing after work. 2 workers sitting on the floor behind the counter with eyes closed

Probably one of the worst bank branches I have ever been to. Every individual I have spoken with there is rude, short, and makes me feel like I’m a nuisance to their day. Belittling and lazy, I haven’t seen anyone move faster than a snails pace completing tasks or requests. It seems as if they give me a hard time whenever given the opportunity. Nice job guys...

5 tellers and only one helping customers?

Very unprofessional , have been waiting more than a half hour while I watch the teller have a conversation about their personal life for 15 minutes after transaction had been completed.
