always understaffed, long lines and poor communication. This branch is really pretty bad.
I have had an account at u.s Bank for several years I have recently closed all three of my accounts due to the fact of the incompetency at this particular location. Not everyone there would I say is incompetent but there are a few select individuals for some reason just can't do their job correctly for some reason or another and I will never be back there again thank God for that. There are too many incidents to list but I highly advise not to deal with US Bank they have went downhill in the past few years my daughter worked at another location and it was horrible there for her.
Went there yesterday and employees were inside and it was past posted open time but when we went around to the drive thru a woman inside said we open at 9:30 hateful as can be.
I love the ladies who work here!! They are always so nice and do their best even during difficult times of this COVID 19 mess.
For whatever reason the lobby remains closed, no access to lockboxes or any banking transactions. The drive thru is open & is normally 12 to 15 cars deep, this is soon to be , NO LONGER MY BANK
