The lady up front could use some proper training regarding customer service. She was very rude! We spent $80 and were prepared to spend much more but I will NOT be returning. There is NO excuse for her behavior

Very rude, I would never go there again. If I was u go to Lancaster. This has the worst employees ever.

Always check the restore before big chain hardware stores! Their staff is kind and helpful and you never know what else you may find! Really appreciate the staff and volunteers who donate as well as sort through all the odds and ends that can still be used.
