Very good place to go. Have been there numerous times in less than a year due to one eye changing almost constantly. I was worried that they'd lose patience with me, but they never have. They just want me to be able to see. I always get a very thorough exam, and then lots of help selecting frames. Referred to a specialist this last time due to a problem with my good eye.nnVery competent, friendly staff.

Hands down the best for experience I've ever had. I hey we're running a little behind the day I went it but were beyond polite! I will be continuing going back the next time I need glasses for sure! I called the day before and was able to get in for an exam!!!!

Ohio State Optical is fantastic. They are always extremely patient when I bring in my twin girls (7yo) and they're great with kids! I just called because I needed to reschedule an appointment and it was no problem whatsoever! Great place!

Highly insulted that Jane would even suggest that I would ask them to replace defective lens that had ordered in March 2020 by suggesting they were not those lens.

I don't recomend this place at all. First off there rude and I've only had my new set of glasses since july and they have broke twice. For the money i paid for them they shouldn't do that. I will not be going back there
