Shoe Dept. Encore

Walked in on a Sunday at 5:30pm to look for a pair tennis shoes real quick, I knew they closed at 6:00pm (since it’s labeled on the front door). As soon as I walked in the lady at the register said “just to let you know we close at 6:00”. I ended up spending a total of 7 minutes in the store and not buying anything because I was annoyed with her comment. I would rather go to any other shoe store.

I didn’t find a single shoe of what was displayed near it. Half the boxes were empty and the other half had a random shoe thrown in it.

Wait for maybe 30 minutes and got no customer service. 3 female employees and no help. They were more worried about hanging out at the counter eating, talking and playing on their phones. I got pretty upset and left.

I always find shoes here! They have a good selection. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I forgot my coupon and they still gave me the 20% discount!
