Got a bird from there, 2 days later the bird is dead. So I got another one. In less than 24 hours the second bird dies. What the hey??? Then turn around and want to sell me yet another. REALLY? I dont think so, you got more of my money than you deserve. They really don't deserve the 1 star I gave them. But I had to give them something.

Wonderful employees, but they always seem to be out of crickets.
Would not recommend going to this store. The manager is very rude and the associates are always eating on the floor. It is sad to be a customer and have employees fighting over you to sell you a puppy. Sad to see money is cared for more than making the experience of getting a new puppy fun and exciting. Reptiles never have any water and the fish tanks are disgusting and over ran with snails. Not to mention going in to buy reptile things and having the employees tell you to get the most expensive thing for your pet and it is not even the right thing! Again all they care about is sales, would rather go to Petsmart or even Walmart for my needs.
Love this store! Everyone is so helpful. Jared has helped me many times with my pets and he has always been the one I go to at the store when I need something.
