It took at least 5-10 minutes for a server to ask what I would like to drink, and another 5 to actually get it. They weren’t particularly busy.nnI was given a bottle of beer when I expected a draft (not a big deal or anything), so I asked for a glass. My server gave me a glass walked away. I had to pour my own beer, in a restaurant. Do people help themselves to the taps, too?nnI placed an order for a burger. My server asked, “Pink or no pink?” What is this, kindergarten? “Medium-well, please.” It came back predictably well-done, and without the additional topping I asked for. My meal was also brought to me by a kitchen staff person. I thought that’s what servers were for?nnAll in all, pretty disappointing, but not altogether surprising.
The wait was not bad at all they said 30 minutes it only took 15 minutes before we got seated. Would not recommend being placed right behind the hottest station that was a bit annoying. The appetizers took a while to get and right after within 3 minutes there was dinner timing with food was off. The check was offered before asking if we would like dessert or anything else. We did have dessert though! The food was very very good and we had a nice time. Would recommend the combo platter everything on this plate was very tasty ud83dude0bJC
When we walked in the hostess didn't say hi or greeted us. Not a smile nothing and said all she had was high tops which we sat at for 50 minutes till we got an appetizer. The manager took off the appetizer which was fine but she seemed overwhelmed. We got to-go boxes because we sat for a while for an appetizer. I got the whiskey bacon burger with pink. No pink at all and With all the toppings which I requested to have no toppings. My moms food was chicken fettuccine and the breadstick was burnt. Did not feel welcomed at all.
I would give them a negative score if possible. Ordered delivery with an estimated delivery time of 40 minutes, nearly two hours to get cold food. Not happy.
There’s a certain standard of service you expect from someone serving you at a restaurant. We had about 3 different people wait on us, we didn’t even know who to tip. And when we did tip, we took into account the wait on our food, the lack of checking us , like if our food was even good or not. It’s was fine, warm at least. 4 different people walked by our empty plates and by the fifth one, she finally cleared our plates. Don’t expect much. I understand people have to make a living in this time, but I work in the service industry also and would’ve gotten fired for the service I had.
