Bring your child here if you want to be held hostage. They don’t care about treating them so they can LEAVE the hospital they want to keep them here as long as possible. Best example of extortion I’ve ever seen!nnThey WANT your money... forget about ethical care or oath to do no harm. None of that takes precedence over getting every dollar out of you. You think you can get discharged when you want? Sure, just be ready to deal with child protective services...nnNo recourse and no respect for the parents! I feel like a prisoner at this place.

My son recently had surgery with Dr. Zelkovic. From registration to discharge everyone was very attentive. They even have a on site pharmacy that went out of their way to deliver it to the waiting room. While I hate hospitals, especially when it’s my child they made the process much easier.

I’ve unfortunately been here twice in the middle of the night over the last few years, most recently last night. Ended up being nothing but the staff were rock stars from start to finish. Admitting person was a pleasure, ER-RN was great and our MD was Dr. Jason Chan who was out of control awesome, guy came in and made me and my toddler feel comfortable right away, was a consummate professional the whole way through, just an all around awesome experience as far as a pedEr can be :/ the exit process was also a pleasure, I’m always happy when I have to come here :)

I’m so incredibly disappointed in this hospital. Very very very long story short, we were told by two surgeons that my daughter needs surgery, appendectomy. Then another surgeon came in and said she doesn’t even have an appendicitis!! He was sending us home. His response to my concerns were “a lot of mistakes were made last night” Then a nurse from the OR came to get her to prep for surgery!! Then the pediatrician said she could go home. Then a nurse comes in and says “good news, we got you a bed!!!!!!!!!!” So so disappointed in a hospital we were told was one of the best in the country!
