Nice venue on the water little confused by covid

Love Claudio's!

Good music and food. late night has changed due to covid but the food is still good. no late night fish and chips though.

Went for a sit down lunch, wife picked the outdoor igloo on the back deck rather than the bar seating the hostess tried to put us (with 2 children). Server was o.k., food was, eh at best. I had a grilled chicken sandwich (which they messed up) and the chicken was served cold and had that strange rubbery texture in some spots and had a faint fishy taste. My son's burger was excessively well done (we ordered it medium), my wife's lobster roll was mostly the rubbery claw meat ends. My Daughter had the mac n cheese, it seemed to be a step above kraft, definitely seemed not home made. The top wasn't even baked. The menu is lacking for the type of setting you expect being at a waterfront bar/grill/restaurant. Sadly we will not be going back, there are many other restaurants in the area that are much nicer.

After a day of hiking, I wanted to enjoy a nice, peaceful dinner by the harbor. Instead I almost got hearing damage since the only table available was right next to the live music stage, even when the band was on break the recorded music was so loud I broke out my AirPods Pro and turned on the noise cancellation to minimal effect. At this point I was so fed up I asked the waitress to make my order to go and I walked out after getting my food and paying. The food was decent, as long as you eat it at a picnic table at the park on the other side of the harbor where you can actually enjoy the atmosphere free of the deafening music.
