The staff went above and beyond to be sure we knew all our food and drink options, and that we were enjoying ourselves and our meals. However, the menu was limited and all the food was bland. At our table, we ordered carnitas tacos, fish & chips, and brisket with mac & cheese. Very simply, there wasn't much (if any) flavor. I needed a ton of lemon to give my fish a little something to make it better. The chips, which also came with the tacos, were crispy with no salt, and the ones at the bottom were not fully fried -- they were still *soggy* from the oil! The tortillas were cold. The mac & cheese was just plain cheese - not a hint of salt.nOverall, I was unimpressed and won't be going back. Once there, they only had about 1/2 the menu available (on a Tuesday night). But I could tell they were really trying to make it a great experience, if that makes any difference. Plus the set-up, decor, and ambiance were very classy.

Went there tonight the first time since they reopened and I have to say I would be shocked if they are still open by the end of the year. We sat at the bar and ordered an appetizer that was cold and not very good, and the bartender was in way over her head and we even heard the waitresses saying how many tables were were unhappy with the wait time to receive their food. This place used to be the talk of the town and now even with the place at 50% capacity the wait time for dinners is around and hour. We brought gift cards when they went on sale before COVID hit and now we might have to rush to use them before this place closes for good. Bring back the old chefs and old managers because whomever is running the show now is not doing a very good job. It is a shame because this place had all the makings for a restaurant that could have been around for a very long time.

It took 2 hours for 4 of us to get in and out. We ordered quickly. Waited 30 mintues for apps and another hour after apps for our meals. We ended up having to get up and pay our bill at the register because our waitress was so oblivious. Worst dining experience ever.

This restaurant has completely gone down hill since it opened. What used to be an upper scale dining experience is now closer to dining out a low end chain restaurant. With an intended excellent dinning experience like we’ve experienced in the past was regrettably a disappointment with this the most recent experience. The service was slow, unknowledgeable of the evening dinner specials when asked if the dish came fried, broiled or seared or even what sides it comes with, the staff was seen throughout the dining room floor on their personal devices hence the slow unattended table service. Our table was positioned under a ceiling speaker that played Red Hot Chili Peppers and Pearl Jam to name a few. When we ordered a bottle of white wine the waitress provided the wine but no chiller to keep it cold until we asked for one and even then she said she didn’t even know the restaurant had them for the wine. We wonder how she thought our wine was going to stay chilled. After a good 45 minutes to an hour wait for our dinner the chef apologized and offered us a complementary bottle of wine in a chiller. Our dinners were excellent.

Made reservations for October 31 2020. Showed up and the place was closed even though online says it's open and so does the sign outside the building. Multiple people had the same issue tonight. Too bad was looking to try the place out it looks nice inside.
