Applebee's Grill + Bar

Food was great. Service could have been better. Not attentive and didn't do any silent service at all. Plates were piled up on our table not enough room. But other than that we enjoyed ourselves. Place looks great.

The servers are great, management and the kitchen staff don't follow any covid protocol though. The bartenders don't wear masks correctly, the store manager doesn't care about the protocol unless a guest points it out to him. The kitchen manager doesn't enforce the protocol and the entire store is disgusting. It should be shutdown.

For the amount of time I worked here as a host, I felt so welcomed and comfortable every time I would go in for work! Everyone there is sweet and kind and caring and funny!

I would have rather sat near the bar but was seated between a complaint filled old woman and the single most annoying family I have even heard. It wasn't busy. Maxons finally opening is going to kill their business. Asked for the French onion soup to be extra crispy. It was barely broiled. I felt bad for our server she did her best but is obviously surrounded by incompetent coworkers.

This was the worst experience ever. We waited for ever for a table. Finally was seated and no one ever came over to us. The manager was walking around, kept seating people but never came over. Tables that sat after us got their orders taken. I have worked in the restaurant business for many years so I can sympathize for a busy day, but the manager should have been running the food out, making sure all the tables had menus (which we didn’t), and letting the waitresses take care of the tables. He even found time to go and chat with a table who was there who was hired by Applebee’s to put things up in between the tables. We finally just got up and left. The manager even saw us walking out and didn’t acknowledge us. We will not come back again.
