Brickyard Tavern

I’ll start off saying that I can not comment on service of the restaurant staff or the environment of the restaurant as I placed my order via Door Dash. So this is strictly based on the food and prices.nnThe food isn’t bad, but I wouldn’t go out and say it’s great either. It seriously “is what it is”, and upon receiving my order I was kind of disappointed. I ordered the steak and shrimp and was expecting a slightly larger piece of steak and shrimp that doesn’t look like it just came from the bag- I was expecting a little seasoning or something on the shrimp. But it tastes fine, so no issues regarding taste. Was just expecting a more flavorful experience. It came with a run of the mill veggie selection, standard veggie mix. And Mac and cheese that isn’t bad, but doesn’t stand out from the Mac and cheese offerings of other local restaurants- including one just pretty much kiddy corner from Brick Yard. Again, not bad- but nothing that stands out, especially from other restaurants in town.nnI ordered my boyfriend the philly cheese steak sandwich and he said it wasn’t bad but was just what it was. He’s had worse, but also had better.nnI know Door Dash does inflate prices and charges fees, and the whole “price of convenience” thing- but my order for the two meals was nearly $50 and it just really wasn’t worth it for food that literally is what it is. Nothing to write home about and probably wouldn’t think of ordering from again.nnThe food just seems bland and uninspired. Not bad but plain. Very disappointed for what I paid.

My wife ordered food.... apparently from a different restaurant.nAs I showed up to the brick tavern the staff was outside. Who yelled at me they were closed. I calmly stated I was sorry, I thought she ordered from here. They made remarks that insured we will never eat there again.

Nice pub setting. Indoor and outdoor seating. The service was good. We shared some wings as an app and they were very good. A little crispy and just enough sauce. The Cobb salad was a big bowl and had plenty of veggies and it was good lettuce not iceberg. The Greek salad was also a large portion and good veggies.

Tonight is the 6th time we did a take out order there since moving to Milton in August because the Burgers are top notch and best around. Well the service Imi received was awful, the bun was hard around the edges and fries were ice cold and I was waiting early. The younger woman in a pony tail answered the phone and took an order and then blew me off as another younger worker came over to the register area and then she blew me off and asked a customer in a Giants shirt if he needed help and he just walked in!!! Then there grabbing my order and I even said the one that says Shane in mine, so they cash him out and walk away, now I’m turning red and ready to walk, I have family waiting in the car for awhile. Finally the blond hair woman who is always there and seems to care cashed me. Not sure if we’re coming back, plenty of places to eat in area. Some Professionalism would be nice and warm not stale food

I ordered dinner for my husband and I during the 2020 outbreak around 7:45 at night. Even though it was supper close to close the staff was wonderful on the phone, they let me place and pay for my order, and even brought it out to my husband after close. When the food got to our house it was still hot and tasted amazing. They were so wonderful during a crazy stressful time! Will 100% be back and will bring friends and family once the craziness dies down.
