I remember when I was addicted to Steve shoes. I needed to get them the minute new designs hit the stores. I cant say that today I am like before, but still love the designs.

Just went there today and the customer service is amazing! I was hesitant to go because of the bad review but found out they have a new manager and new crew! They're all super nice and helpful! New favorite store!!
I was there on Christmas Day 2018 and brought 4 pairs of shoes, one of them didn’t fit so well (6) so I needed it a size (6.5) when I bought them I noticed there was a very small scratch on the shoe sole, but I didn’t care, it was small, and is the shoe sole! Who will care!? But sense the heel was running small I went back the other day, to get a 6.5 this 3 girls were really rude, they offended me. They ask me to get out or they will call the security cause I was waiting for the manager, they argue that they will not exchange it because of the small scratch soooo people if you buy shoes from them pay close attention to small scratches and DONT BUY IT or you will regret.n3 Hispanics girl I don’t know their names.nBut the day I was buying they where nice, the next day they were nasty. Now I have a pair of heels that don’t fit me for a cost of 100$
I went in on saturday 1/3 around noon and was in the store about 5-10 minutes. I went in with full intention of buying at least two pairs of shoes but the customer service was terrible. There were 3 girls working and they did not even acknowledge I was in the store. They stayed behind the counter and chatted amongst themselves. Terrible customer service. Not planning on shopping in this location again.
