Accommodating and amazing! Jarret has done all of our Girl Scout Mother-Daughter dances and he is our DJ for our summer camp! Great prices and awesome performance!

I hired this group to DJ my wedding and they completely didn’t pay attention to what I wrote in my emails when it came to the reception introductions. I asked them to not play any songs when the parents walk out and to announce their names but they played the song meant for the bridal party to dance out to which they coordinated a dance for. I also said that the bridal party would walk out together, so he should have said all four names back to back and they didn’t even realize when they all walked out. The DJ also said the groom’s last name wrong. It was very frustrating.nnThe only thing decent thing was the photobooth and props they brought, otherwise I’d give one star. They didn’t use the template I asked for but the default was alright luckily. They said they would provide a copy of photobooth photos for me but I didn’t even receive one print out of each photobooth photo taken which is the least they could have done but for some reason I got multiple copies of certain photobooth pictures. The person in charge of the photobooth could have at least collected one extra picture during the reception to save time. At least they provided a digital copy of all the photobooth pictures on a USB.

Terrible experience with this company at a recent event. Unfortunate, as the organization I am associated with has been loyal to them for many years. Their bouncing houses came dirty and they proceeded to take piles of paper towels from my organization to clean their own products which were filthy.nnTheir cotton candy was soggy and they stopped serving it hours before they were supposed to. The popcorn was from a bag, not freshly popped, and they ran out of the paper popcorn containers they were supposed to be handing it out the guests in. Supervision is lacking.nnAs a vendor, I also believe that if you are contacted to be somewhere to 4pm that you should be providing that service until at least 4pm, not telling people that your closed when your a contracted and it's 3:55pm.nnWhen a client makes a request, it is disturbing that such request is met with yelling but that is what we dealt with from this company.nnFrom my experience, I would be cautious before contracting this company. They did not provide anywhere near five star service or entertainment today.
