I had their chicken, yuca fries and rice. Passion fruit margaritas. Everything was delicious. The staff and waitress were very nice and attentive.

Ordered two meals and a appetizer. The food was delicious my wife loved the pernil(pork).

The food was delicious, I tried the lomo saltado, the shrimp en piedra and Maura’s ceviche was the best I’ve had in years. Overall the service was excellent! I’ll definitely come back

It’s an insult to Peruvians. Peruvian cuisine is supposed to be one of the best in the world. The food flavors of Mauras Kitchen do not represent authentic Peruvian food. The portions are sad. El pollo a la brasa do not have the Peruvian flavors. The sauces which are very important do no taste good at all. The green sauce is not made with huacatay. It’s also very expensive for the portions they give you. Peruvians love to feed their families. Maura’s Kitchen want to take your money. They charge you extra if you ask for sauces. Their huancaina sauce is terrible! They need to fire their chef. They need to go to Misti in Port Chester to learn how to prepare their food. It’s extremely embarrassing to serve people culture food when nothing tastes like it. Unless they change things.. good luck wasting your money and time in this place. This is coming from someone who was very enthusiastic when they move to Broadway from Main Street when the Chef was Maura and her husband.
