TD Bank

It's a bunch of amateurs running a bank. If you need a serious place for your business, TD branches are not for you. I'll do a wire in branch and find out two days later that it was not sent because some branch manager was too busy eating lunch to approve my wire..

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Branch manager Juan has been a great help through out.

Great service... even on Sunday! In and out in 5 minutes BUT what made it so great was as soon I walked it a representative of the bank offered my daughter a coloring book, crayons and stickers! My daughter's face lit up! A perfect experience for what would have been just an ordinary Sunday where most banks aren't even open.

What idiots!? LOL The staff are rude and told me I had to wait 20+ minutes for a manager to do a simple currency exchange. They had 5 people behind the desk. I’m a TD customer in Canada and we never have any issues doing an exchange from US to CAD (takes seconds) so I’m unsure what makes you the most convenient Bank of America ud83dude02 seriously a joke. Went to Pearl River TD and was able to get it exchanged within 5 minutes. AND they waived the fee for me since some branches don’t know how to treat people. I know your branch is bunk a- and you deal with degenerates all day but I was patient and friendly and feel I was not treated nice at all.

I come here often to get smaller bills and change for a local business. I go here because my personal accounts are with TD. 9/10 times it's in and out with no trouble in under 5 mins. The 1/10 is when there's a very slow line or they're out of quarters or something odd and inconvenient like that. These events are rare and do not reflect this branch as a whole but are still worth noting. Staff is generally friendly and helpful, and getting setup here is reasonably straightforward. As long as you have a capable smartphone most of your banking needs can be done with TD's app, but having a physical location is still nice as a backup.
