we have been with key since they bought the union state bank franchise and have no complaints. good service friendly staff.

The branch doesn't answer its phone. Also, tends to be overcrowded at busy times (insufficient staff?).

Excellent once I was able to phone you and speak with a very helpful person.nBut, are you aware that the Nanuet Key Branch is not listed among all the other Key Bank Branches in the Rockland County Verizon phone directory?

Horrible. First, when I got my paycheck, they said I had to wait 9 days until I get my money because my account was less than 30 days old. But that's not the bad part yet. I had my debit card hacked and I made a fraud claim because I clearly did not make those charges and I did not give anyone my card. They didn't believe me and didn't give me back any of my stolen money! & I thought Chase was bad, this place makes me miss Chase alot.
