Chase Bank

The reason im giving one star is because i dont have the option to go lower.nOn a nice day, i came in as a regular client when another client was there and out of the blue started profiling me, lashing out loud against me, my culture and my community. I said to her im not sure what she wants from me, she just kept going on and on, while i stood there quiet. The bank wad full of employees, not even a single one said something or at least apologize when the women left. It seems that this bank is biased and doesn't care about customers with diversity...nIt was discriminatory as well, one day this bank might find someone not as nice as me and file legal action against them. I wish someone finds the time and does so...

LISA in this branch has disgusting customer service skills and to be completely frank I believe she is racist. She needs to be re-trained or just leave. I won’t be returning to that branch again.

Do most of my banking with them, excellent customer service, always welcomed with a good morning and a smile. Parking always available.
