Deli & Brew

Went there hankering for a hot pastrami sandwich thought they would know how to make one turns out they don't or at least the lady that fixed my sandwich after it was cooked in the oven didn't have a clue. I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich and a corned beef Reuben both were just meat and bread and cheese there was no sauerkraut for the corned beef Reuben there was no mustard or anything on the pastrami. Both were very dry and clearly lacking in all knowledge of how to make a pastrami and a Reuben sandwich. How very disappointing especially considering the pastrami and corned beef we're both pretty good. In their defense the boss guy did offer to make a new Reuben but they were busy and I don't like to waste food.nAlso when I got home though my sandwich was cold it was very tasty once I put some country Dijon course ground mustard on it.

Phenomenal food. Plain and simple. One of the best subs in the Capital Region, hands down. After many visits, I've never been disappointed. Thank you to the Deli & Brew crew!!

I am from New York City, the land of the deli. When I moved upstate, i thought the days of getting incredible heroes was over. But, no. I found Deli and Brew. I love this place! They make giant heroes and a lot more. You can get pizza, snacks, and a wide variety of drinks and beers. They have sides for your heroes. And they have breakfast. You can get a bodega style bacon egg and cheese on a roll for breakfast. I recommend it to anyone who asks me about a good local deli. My daughter moved here from Iowa. (Lol....Iowa) I took her to Deli and Brew, now she is always bugging me to bring her a hero. I created a monster.

Growing up downstate working and eating in delis in NYC and Westchester County my standards for Deli food are pretty high. Deli and Brew is absolutely one of the best in the capital region. Good bread (something that escapes other deli's up here), good drink selection and amazing meats (house baked turkey and roast beef especially) will leave you satisfied. Also the owner Stew is a great guy!

They make excellent sub sandwiches. I got it with medium hot wings. Very good meal. Thank you.
