Hudson House River Inn

Our daughter Carley was married here in December. It was a magical day as the Hudson House was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. The setting right on the river was breathtaking. The ceremony took place by the fireplace with the glow from the fire & the Christmas tree, lanterns & lights. The meal that followed was absolutely delicious and everyone raved about the food. Craig was such a joy to work with & was there to ensure that everything was perfect. He & his staff were warm, friendly & extremely accommodating. Food was very good, but on the smaller side for portions. Tables set up to be socially distanced which made me feel comfortable as well as door slightly open for fresh air. Had a nice table by window to look out at The Hudson. Id suggest some roll blinds for the bright sun that was in the face of part of our dinner party for half the time we were there though. Staff was attentive and courteous.

This is a great spot. We stopped for lunch because we could sit outside by the (Hudson) River on a warm, sunny spring afternoon. What a pleasant surprise! The food was great, the service was good and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely be back ud83dude42

The food was fantastic. The bartender was very skilled. My Filet was like butter. My eyes rolled back after the first bite. Beautiful view of the river and rooms you can stay in. Very romantic atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our waitress Star was great
