Love how well cared for the puppies are. The service is amazing! Walked in and was helped right away. Questions were all answered with great details. The store is very clean and kept up with. The puppies are very comfortable and are super happy. Makes me super happy to see them being taken so well care of :)
This place is great! Staff is very informative and kind. They are very helpful in answering any questions. Prices are negotiable and they have financing if you are not able to pay all at once. Puppies are healthy and taken care of!
I’ve had my puppy for about a year now and do love her. It was my first puppy and looking back I was a bit excited and overlooked a few things.
First, pricing is negotiable. The day I bought my puppy I was quoted $2500 for the mini golden doodle and then $2900 later in the day for no apparent reason.
Second, I’ve come to know a year later that the third-party they had used for a loan option had cut ties because of staff of the Puppy Store. They had had so many problems with staff being dishonest and cheating people out of money. For example, on my receipt it says $2900 for the puppy and that was the total to be financed. A year later (this is on me for not actually reading the contract and trusting the employee) I find out that the finance option I signed for was nearly double the price for about $5000. When speaking with the third party, they said that this happened so often with the puppy store that they severed the relationship because of these dishonest business practices. I love my pup, but would have never agreed to this.
In short, don’t make the same mistake I did. Ask questions. Read everything they ask you to sign even if they tell you otherwise.
As well, my pup came out a different color than promised? So lots of weird things. Be careful.
My daughter loves to visit the puppies here. Social distancing rules are kept and people wear masks which is nice. We’re always told that prices are negotiable but I’m not really sure to what extent. We really like the puppies there but aren’t sure how we feel about paying 3x the local AKC breeder’s fees.
They have such adorable puppies, unfortunately it is by appointment only right now, but given the corona circumstances it is understandable. The workers are wonderful as well!
