Clark Regional Medical Center

my friend was having some issues with her pregnancy, they helped out and everything was fine. the baby was completely healthy. they kept us here for 13 hours. wouldn’t let us eat. and refused to let us leave. they were also being really rude to us about her being pregnant so young.

Clark Regional Medical Center has been good to me. On my latest ER visit this morning, I was admitted into the ER room within 2 minutes of entering. The nurses and technicians were all friendly and kind. Cheri was especially comforting. The nurses, technicians and doctor seemed to communicate well with each other, so the medical team seemed to be on all on the same page regarding my diagnosis and care. They explained the tests they would run on me and kept me informed with everything they were doing. After 3 hours, I was discharged and even received a follow up phone call that afternoon just to check up on me. I can’t speak for everyone’s experience, but in my several visits to this hospital, I have always found it clean, caring and trustworthy.

It really depends on the day of the week you go and what time of day or night you go, I can only speak to my experiences but from my experience and seeing other people's experience that they were having it seems like it's a revolving door there's not really a lot of attention to detail they want to get you in and out as quick as they can, and trying to get a doctor to sit or stand there with you and ask questions and talk to you about what's going on and how to treat your injury or illness is almost impossible unless maybe there's something really serious going on, but usually from my experience the doctors seem to just tell the nurses or the physician assistants what to do and what to tell me and how to do it, and then they check you out and send you home it's like a revolving door they want to get you in and out as quick as possible and one on one talks with a doctor there is almost impossible they let other people do the talking for them and all the work for them, it would just really be nice to be able to talk to the doctor ,maybe even for just 10 or 15 minutes would be great but in my experience that doesn't happen they have other people do their work for them, but for all the nurses out there and assistance that do their work I think we need to give them the thanks that they deserve because they do work very hard and have always been very kind and work so very hard thank you to all the nurses and assistance who carry much of the burden and does all the work, and remember most of them work incredibly long hours thank you for all you do.

Worst experience ever at a hospital. Wouldn't recommend this facility at all.
