My wife and I haven't been to outback in a while the food was delicious and our server Christian, Chris he said other aka names. He was amazing. When we come back to middletown we will definitely come back to your restaurant

This outback location has great food! I tend to dine here 2 to 3 times a month. The servers have always been great and the food usually does come fast. I also enjoy their TO-GO pickup which is outside very convenient which is what the 3 stars are for. Although, I do LOVE this outback my experience tonight was different. The server Angela was friendly, attentive, and a pleasure. Upon the arrival of my food( NY STRIP WELL DONE, French onion soup, and loaded sweet potato) I noticed my steak was about “medium” and I asked the server just to clarify I did ask for the right order and she confirmed and brought the steak back to be properly prepared. During this time, the manager on duty(Monday evening 3/15) came over apologized and said he would personally deliver the steak himself and offered soup. Even though, I just had finished my soup and was more interested at my entree at this point about 25 minutes late the manager came back and said he would offer the entree complimentary because now not only was the steak prepared wrong it was taken extremely long due to having to make the whole steak all over. At this point I asked for my steak to be boxed to go and we asked for the check. Upon reviewing the check I noticed were billed twice for NY STRIP which was, at this point suppose to be “free”. I asked the manager why we were billed twice and he expressed an explanation that made no sense at all, that customers are charged twice when the order is sent back “if it came out perfect you would pay for the perfect one” and he removed one of the dinners but was leaving the second order that came out “cooked well done”. I’m now at the establishment 1 hour and 35 mins and still have not eaten my steak. Eventually, the manager agreed to take off both steaks which was the original decision on his part. If he wasn’t interested in offering that I wouldn’t have even said anything besides I hope they get it right next time and just had to wait for my food this added more time to my visit. I did not ask for a free steak it was what he offered and was going to go back on his word. The manager eventually took the steak off by giving a discount. I would suggest Customers should be checking their receipts at this outback. I do have concerns about going back and it will be some time before i do go back even though everyone knows I LOVE outback. :-(

I would like to personally thank the wonderful staff at Outback Steakhouse here in Middletown, NY. Today I decided to take out instead of dining in. I cannot begin to tell you how spectacular the staff was here. Daniella, Ariana, and Laura you three young ladies ROCK. They exhibited the best customer service, serving, and professionalism that I have encountered in a very long time while working under pressure to ensure that not only I was served in a timely fashion but also everyone else sitting and waiting for their orders. I never saw them sweat at all. They were hustling and busting to get things done. You three young ladies are the best. They were friendly, courteous, professional and made my wait very comforting. They communicated with me in every short second I was there while waiting for my food and once receiving my order everything was hot and fresh. My stay was welcoming and warm from these young ladies. I cannot thank them enough. Daniella, Ariana and Laura if you're reading this I would like to personally say thank you for your hospitality, gracias smile, and service. You guys deserve a raise. Outback should be proud of you three and that they hired employees like yourselves who truly care about their customers. I salute you all. Signed by your now favorite customer. From the moment you come to this place the personel give you a pleasant feeling. Very courteous stuff, it is a kind place to hang out with friends or with your date. Great cooking, creative chief cook and stuff, modest price and attentive service. Warmly recommended.

Haven't been to an Outback in a while. Decided to order take out. They will deliver your food outside to your car; just drive around to the side. I ordered my usual Lobster Tail, and Steak combo. It was very good, but after eating it, I realized why I don't eat at Outback very much. It was good, but it is a tease. It doesn't fill you up. You definately have to eat something else before, or after. I ordered the Kookaburra Wings. I wasn't really a fan of it. The Chicken, Shrimp Alfredo didn't have enough sauce. It was okay.
