Went into the store the employees didn't greet us. I asked where a item was and they were very rude. I asked about shoes that were on the website for the Cdga store & she said online is a sale & not for the store. She was extremely rude. The lady didn't make no eye contact. IF THAT IS THE MANAGER, NO WONDER THE STORE IS ALWAYS HIRING. They loss our business.
Employee measured my feet and helped me pick the perfect shoes for my foot. I had been wearing an 11 wide for 15 years only to discover I am actually a 9.5 What a difference it makes to get professional treatment.
In the midst of renovations it's not a great experience. When completed, the store should be awesome.
Its unfortunate you can't simply return shoes that are defective ud83dude14 however I did leave happily with my exchange and they are awesome! The associate Betsy was FABULOUS and SUPER helpful in assisting me with my decision! So at the end of the day, I can say I got what I wanted! Thank you guys! ud83dude01
Shoe Dept. Is Awesome. They Always Have Some Type of Sale or Clearance Sale. The Staff is Nice and Always Helpful If I Cant Find Something. The Store is Always Clean and They Always Carry What is New and Seasonal.
