Been going there for people awhile now
The employee didn't verify it was me stood around for over 5 mins as well
high prices, small animal pet items i went for were not carried or out of stock.
The store is always out of stock on the items I want. This is not a one-time problem. I have had to drive 10 miles to Camillus to get things. Advertised items are never available. Yesterday, I ordered Finch food because you never have Canary food in stock. I also ordered Treat Sticks, but then got a refund because....Out of Stock! When ordering online, I checked two other locations: Out of Stock. But these items are readily available online at other shops. When at the store, I asked to speak to the manager. The cashier paged her. The manager was helping another customer. So, I waited. And waited. Then, the manager went and opened a checkout to assist another customer who had just walked up. There was one other checkout open: it had one person in line. ONE. I then asked the manager why that customer was so much more important than me, someone who had been waiting, someone she was paged to help. She got nasty and I walked out. The Happy Ending? Yesterday I placed an order with Chewy. It arrived at 950am today! Nothing was out of stock! No rude managers! Goodbye Petco!
I had excellent customer service from Olivia in the aquatics dept today 7/19! I was looking to buy a 20L gallon tank with fish for my daughter to look at as she gets excited whenever she sees fish. Olivia was very professional, informative and excited to help us. She had a passion for fish and plants and made us very excited too! Petco is lucky to have her on their team! Thank you Olivia
