Ecellant food & service!!
I'm so glad to see Ruby Tuesdays is still going strong after all these other closures. The great menu variety partnered up with daily drink specials and salad bar make it the perfect place no matter what I'm craving. Even when i order from Grubhub the quality and pricing are excellent. Still waiting on the MegaRita Comeback Thou!!
I was looking forward to the salad bar being open. It was, but it's nothing like it used to be. Also the croutons were nowhere to be found. I asked the waitress and she brought some to the table, but they were cold and stale. Not the warm, crunchy, soft-centered croutons we all love.nnAlso, the flatwear was dirty. Quality and attention to detail are imperative if restaurants are expecting customers to come back. This experience shows that the employees of this particular location aren't putting forth their best to ensure we feel welcome.
Those guys are killing it there. As a former restaurant manager I can see their very short handed. I was impressed with how hard the manager and staff worked to hold it together. The food and service was not compromised despite how busy they were.2 thumbs up to tyrell and crew.
Excellent service, excellent food and very clean. Mariah was our waitress and she was great. The Garden Bar was fresh, tidy and well stocked. It's too bad that all of the Ruby Tuesday locations in Rochester closed up, but we were happy to find this location still open. Overall great, highy recommend. We will stop back the next time we are in the Syracuse area!
