Chili's Grill & Bar

I had an awesome lunch of rib eye steak which was cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and shrimp. Mango tea. The staff was awesome too. My waitress took care of me very well. My visit today was on Erie Blvd in Syracuse. My waitress Laura is a peach of a waitress. The staff always makes you feel at home and like family. My main reason for choosing this restaurant. Thank you to all of you.

We stopped in for a late lunch with our 6 month old. Food and drinks were delicious! I ordered the sirloin which was cooked exactly how I ordered it- A perfect medium rare! I wish I could remember our servers name, because I left behind a pair of my son's moccasins, and she ensured they were left safely in the office. Thank You so much!

Two of us ordered a burger. The first set of burgers came out with no fries. They said the fries would come out in a few. We both ordered medium well and they were dripping blood. We cut into them and almost the entire inside was completely uncooked and mushy. After 10 minutes the waitress finally came back and saw the burgers and said they would redo them. We then asked for well done. While our second set of burgers cooked, our fries came out. 10 minutes or so later, the second set of burgers were brought out and they were actually cooked less then the first ones. The waitress even said she thought they looked bloody as she was bringing them out. First of all, if you saw they weren’t done right, why bring them out again. You would think that after the first set being horribly undercooked, they would ensure the second ones were done correctly but no. At that point we had been there for an hour and were just ready to leave. No manager came over and they obviously didn’t charge us but I just can’t believe we left without having eaten what we ordered. SAFE TO SAY THEY HAVE LOST OUR BUSINESS FOR LIFE.

Good food however they must be short staff. Two different times the same waitress was apparently over worked. Was attentive at first then never came back. Never came back to gove us refills and my daughter had a spicy meal. Took 20 minutes for me to get someone attention. Went to the bar and said something just for her to pop out and look at us WITH NO MASK ON! She apologized over and over saying how she is doing so much. How they have her working doing many things. Love Chilies just not location.

Came in to dine in with my family I was unable to finish my margarita and being that I have ordered from on line in the past am well aware you can take your alcoholic beverage to go but apparently my waiter was not aware so she refused to give me a to go cup. From my understanding the only thing that is not allowed is delivery of alcoholic beverages, I hope someone will give her the memo. Then to put the icing on the cake my daughters desert came with hair on it, so safe to say first and last time at this chili’s
