Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I order Olive Garden to go every couple months(syracuse location). Olive Garden is by far my FAVORITE place to order out from. My food is always on time, it’s hot, and most importantly it’s correct! Portion sizes are wonderful. I feel like I’m eating in the restaurant when I order out from here. I will recommend this Olive Garden over and over again to people I know. I’ve never had a complaint. And I will continue to order out from here!

Best restaurant to go to when you ave a family or a group of people. I love the Alfredo it’s delicious!

Fantastic friendly service. Our server Micheal V made the night out with my niece extra special. Thanks for a great night in these challenging times of COVID... of course the food was good too!

I am not comparing Olive Garden to any locally owed restaurant. But for a chain, their food is consistent and their service is great and friendly. We just had spaghetti and meatballs. Delivered to my car. Was still a good temp when I got home.

We told the waitress that our sodas didn't tastes right, we had to wait 17 minutes for new drinks she didn't even offer us water while we waited and was nowhere to be found when we wanted to get water and then she had to take our old straws out of our old nasty sodas and reuse them and our new sodas, are breadsticks had way too much garlic salt on them, it was always my favorite place to eat but this last time it was just horrible,, the supervisor actually contacted us and took care of the issue and apologize we really didn't expect that and we went back and the service was absolutely amazing so of course we had to give them five stars most places could care less about fixing a review but they were very kind and curious and of course we've been back lots of time since then
