This Key Bank is awful. I received a rent deposit check from my old landlord . I brought the check in was friendly with the security guard and the teller. The Nottingham location told me I they could forward me 100 dollars. I was pressed for time and needed the money, so I stopped at this Bank. The teller was friendly and when she asked the manager she told the the teller a sharp, rude no. I pleaded with the manager that I would starve if she didn't help and it was almost as if she enjoyed saying no. I left and called the Nottingham location and they told me they would work with me. 5 stars to Nottingham 0 to Colvin. They were willing to let a man who works part time and go to school starve and not even blink eye. Even be rude and cruel about it on top of it.
Rude. Teller are not helpful. Can't even cash a check
