Today I went to the bank location and a young lady came out of her car to inform me that they were unable to enter the bank. She then began to help me find other ways to bank - offering online and atm options - Her name is Sabrina. That is perhaps the best customer service I have ever seen. She took the time to assist me in light of the situation - in the parking lot!nnNever lose her - she is a credit to customer service!!nnBtw, all of your customer service people rock - they are always friendly and upbeat.

Worst bank ever and very racist I closed my bank account with them after this problem..
It's usually not very busy in the times I've went. U can usually be in and out within 10 minutes. Helpful representatives to ensure line moves quickly.
