Chase Bank

Initially, when I set up an account the banker told me that my banking mobile app would be working in about an hour. And that he would call to tell me it was fixed. 5 days later I had to call the bank to remind them to fix that for me. They couldn’t wait for me to make a deposit and after that they could care less. This showed today when I was at the counter and immediately received attitude from the cashier when I asked her to do a routine procedure. It felt like I was being questioned as to why I would make such a transaction.nnSo, to be quite honest 3 stars is being generous. Most transactions are simple enough without actually having to go into the branch itself. So now I just try to avoid going in unless absolutely necessary.
