I came in shortly before close, and Maryellen was the rep working. She was kind, helpful, and gave me no pressure even though I was a late shopper. Helped me find a pair of boots, sneakers, and dress shoes. Even took the time to explain the best way to clean my shoes and restore my old ones. Great job!
The staff working isnt much help , but if you get someone by chance to help you out then the buying experience becomes easier. They have a clearance section behind the men's side which is a hit or miss. Better to find what you want online and call ahead to see if it's available and at what price. Other wise better to come in on a black friday event.
Great deals here. You will never find shoes more comfortable than Cole Haan....even the heels they have magically found super comfortable. My husband loves their light brown leather shoes in dress shoes and also the high top boots are still dressy looking.
Manager was nice, young and cooperative. Staff was courteous. Good experience.
One of the larger Cole Haan outlet stores so shoes, handbags and leather goods for men and women are nicely merchandized. Wide range of styles and sizes and very good value for the price. When they have a sale be sure to check it out -- have picked up $200 US shoes for $39.99 - 89.99 on several occasions. All staff are very friendly and really helpful. Love working with Rebecca when I'm shopping alone and need advice -- she's amazing! Always check this store out at the Niagara US outlet. Good shopping!
