The best place for men and women who WORK for a living. The store includes a wide variety of Carhart clothes and a variety of name brand work shoes.

My husband and I walked into the store to buy a new pair of boots for him as he needs them for work. The second we walked in, the employee barely looked up from her phone to greet us. We went straight to the back to pick out a pair of boots and needed her to get a size for us. I asked for several sizes as we were not sure which one would fit best. She only grabbed one size at a time and would walk away while he was trying them on. When I asked for a bigger size she rudely said “are you sure??? That seems too big.” I mean the boots were too small, obviously we needed a size bigger! Rebecca is this employee’s name. When we finally got the right size she cashed us out and we were on our way. After wearing the boots just once my husband was extremely dissatisfied with the boots. He called to see if he could return and Rebecca REFUSED to let him return the boots. He called the Irish setter supplier directly and they were happy to help. Red wing and Irish setter have helped us resolve this issue, however, Rebecca at the store has been very unhelpful and rude.

Great selection, great price, and family owned. Not a corporate store. Very knowledgeable employees

The first time I went there the guy was just trying to sell me boots and he ran out of 13s so he promised that the 12 would wear out and make more room for my bigger foot, that was a lie and I got planter fasciitis from it but the second guy who was there when I returned the original pair brought out like 10 different pairs of boots and really tried to help me find that perfect fit so they earned their stars back.

Great selection of Carhartt clothes/outerwear, but if it's boots you're after, this store has a pretty poor selection compared to the Red Wing store down in Tonawanda. make the drive before you buy!
