Just had to bring my Roman and 13 for the Vet clinic and everyone was absolutely Great, from the vet, tech, employees, dog trainer. They all have a passion for what they're doing and can tell they all love their job and especially the animals. Also I saved a few hundred dollars using the vet clinic through them, myself and my fur babies appreciate you all so muchud83dudc3eud83dudc99

Brought my 1 year old yorkipoo for a haircut. My dog was so scared, and I didnt think she would allow the groomer to cut her. But the groomer Mayra took her and was so amazing with my dog. She got her all cut and did an amazing job. She was so good to my dog. I so recommend her!!!!

I have gotten one of my budgies from here and she’s still doing great and is very friendly! I recently purchased a hamster and the man helping me was kind enough to point out that my cage would be too small for the breed I chose. The cage is being attached to my bin cage as an addition but I appreciate the care and friendly advice the staff provides to make sure the customer and the critter will both be happy! Prices are a little high but the animals here always seem to be well kept and active!

I had bought an extra small. I called the store to make sure they had a small because the extra small was to small. It went super easy. The store was very clean all the covid precautions were taken. All staff had their masks on. I will definitely be coming back to the Niagara Falls location. In this crazy pandemic time it is still good to get good customer service & to see business taking this seriously. I am so happy.
