I am thankful for all our frontline workers. I had a horrible customer service experience at this DSW location when i tried exchanging a pair of shoes I purchased on line. The cashier was very rude and when I asked to see the manager; she referenced me as “this lady.”Her attitude is unacceptable for DSW standards.
