I will never go here again. They don’t care about you as a human being. I was so sick for 3 weeks straight before they did an Endoscopy to determine I had Acute Gastritis. They would not sign papers to let me stay out of work to recover for a week or so. They told me I could go back to work the next day. I was out of work for 7 weeks with no pay. My company would have paid Short-Term Disability with no problem. All they needed was the doctor’s signature, but he would not sign. I will never go here again and would never recommend this place.

It doesn't appear the comments here are unwarranted due to the fact that there's no means of complaint on the website. It truly seems they don't care. Most companies have at least email communication. My experience today was unbelievable to say the least...simply from asking questions ... I guess I had too many. If I didn't have to choose at least one star in order to comment, I would have chosen ZERO. I will say I did call and reach someone ... after being hung up on 3 rimes...who truly cared about my experience and is going to arrange a conversation with someone for me. It cannot be a coincidence that I had these issues today while the rating here is a 1.8 and the comments mimic my exact sentiments and opinion of the treatment received.

My husband had a procedure while in the hospital. We were told to follow up with the physician who preformed the procedure. He had had an appointment for Dr. Yogi to preform the same procedure next month. When I called to cancel with Dr. Yogi, I waited an hour on hold for a staff member to pick up and then was told if my husband saw someone else, he could no longer go to Niagara Gastroenterology. They were beyond rude. We won't, and probably can't go back. Thank God.

If I could post a zero - I would —this practice is terrible — They have fraudulent billing practices. For example, I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy procedure done the same day in order to save time, and money (or so I thought) — and also I did not want to take another day off of work — at the time of scheduling my colonoscopy, I did indeed call the ins. To make sure they would cover the procedure in the location they used - (their endoscopy center) — I was assured by the ins. They would cover the entire procedure - no worries — in the meantime, I was experiencing GI issues and it was suggested I should have an endoscopy - I scheduled the endoscopy - Since, I had already checked with the ins. Regarding the colonoscopy, I had no worries of payment issues by the ins. However, after having the procedures done, I receive a bill from the practice for $478.17 for their “facility fee”. When checking the ins. Bill - I noted they CHARGED TWO FACILITY FEES FOR THE SAME DAY OF SERVICE —. As far as I am concerned, this is illegal - of course the ins. Would not pay the second facility fee and I am charged as a patient. I contacted the MD with a letter (have not heard anything from him) — I contacted the Office Manager - who was extremely rude after hearing my complaint — and since I am NOT paying this bill — I am in collections — I refuse to pay this bill and am now going to Better Business Bureau to complain about this practice as well.

Paid my bill they said I did not talked to cindy and Pamela in biling whatever they lied to the doctor about the doctor decided that I am not allowed to see anyone there. Never received a notice or nothing. The staff is so rude I talked to an Andy today and had to ask him 4 times what does discharged means what a joke they need new staff members
