It has pets I can't always get in other places. This makes Petco good. And not gonna lie, I just got a new dog, and Petco has stuff especially for her.
They took my pooch in short notice. Both my puppies were soaking clean, and smelled like blueberries. I was worried because my Great Dane is skittish with his nails being clipped, but groomer Erica was VERY patient with him, and got the job done. HIGHLY recommend
This petco location has a excellent staff.nThere is this employee called Emily, who went above and beyond to help us with our shopping experience as new paw parents. She even helped us order online some extra stuff we needed but they didn't have in stock. Thanks Petco and thanks a lot Emily!
I am so disappointed. My one star has nothing to do with the friendly and helpful employees. They are all great. However, when the current manager came on board she waited fir the cat adoption center contract to end, and did not renew the contract. So she basically kicked all the cats out of the store because she doesn’t want anything to do with helping kitties find their forever homes. Does she not realize this is a PET store? I will never shop there as long as this manager is there.
The store is well supplied with everything I wanted. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.
