I am very pleased with the grooming that my Bernedoodle received. The service was excellent and the store is conveniently located for me. You take your pup downstairs and can see the grooming area and meet the groomer ( Veronica). She had to spend more time with him to do ear hair plucking, and Max showed me a photo of this. Yikes! Now I know what to watch for myself. So soup to nuts, it cost me about $145. Beautiful job...she did exactly what I asked for. They go by the amount of time the groomer spends which is understandable, not a flat rate like some other groomers charge and rush through the process. Max the owner is very nice and helpful and cares about our pets. .
Great local shop! I love how they have products that big box stores don't. Grooming staff is excellent and very kind and friendly. Highly recommend!
First time in store yesterday. Max was so helpful. He recommended treats for my puppy as well as gave me a sample food of the same brand I’m using for my puppy to try. With that customer service I am definitely returning to that store! Thank you!
Max and his team are wonderful! They are kind, caring and honest. I highly recommend them for grooming or if you are looking for pet supplies that you can't find in big box stores.
