Matteo's of Roslyn

I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the cooking is yummy and the crew is welcoming and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we have a pleasant evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

I visited Matteo's as a guest of one of their patrons about three years ago. I returned on two other occasions that brought me to Long Island. I Have not been there in over a year. They are as good, if not better than ever. They have redone there space too. Excelent food, great service.

Yesterday was our first time in this restaurant. But It is surely not the last. We had great time with the courteous service, with the high quality food and booze and with the friendly payment. We will no doubt go back there in a short time.

Definitely a spot worth visiting, the food is awesome and fresh, the prices are affordable and it is regularly well kept in here. Highly recommended.

I just had a mayor issue with matteos roslyn. This is my favorite restaurant restaurant to order from, got my mon obsessed with it as well. My company gave out $50 worth of food for our holiday sales meeting which had to be used the same day. I placed an order that same thursday the 3rd to get it delivered by Uber eats Sat 5th at 7:15-7:35 since my mom and myself were done with a diet that day. As i left work today saturday at 7 thinking that by the time i got home i was gonna have my favorite food waiting for me. When i went to the app to check on the status the Restaurant ended up canceling the food 15 mins prior to when my order was supposed to get delivered. I called the restaurant to see if there was an issue on my part they told me that they had the uber eats turned off because they were busy.. I explained that i ordered 2 days in advance, she then passed me to a manager to see if they could do something about the situation. When i spoke to the manager he didn’t even apologized for the situation, i explained about the money that i was not gonna be able to redeem, he went about telling me it wasn’t their fault that it was uber that canceled the order and they had the order ready for me if i wanted to pick it up, i told him i was confused because the app says that the restaurant was the one that canceled and the person that picked up confirmed that it was in fact the restaurant that canceled last minute. He literally told me “well, have a good night, bye” and hung up. It was so disrespectful and hurtful specially from my favorite restaurant
