This place is by far one of the BEST branch locations! And the one thing that sets them apart is their OUTSTANDING customer service - Mia in particular! Thank you so much for your hospitality and you deserve a raise!

This place has excellent service and tasty menu. My favourite spot in town. The drinks and food served fast and the prices are affordable. I recommend this place.

I tried this place in the past with a friend and I am obsessed ever since. I loved the good character and yummy food and drinks. I recommend this place.

If slow can be defined by a place this would be it. It took 30 mins to seat us in a booth with no lines when we got here. Then we sat around for another 30 mins waiting while the servers went back & forth. As if we were wallpaper. After we died of hunger a server finally came over and acted as if we were begging and not paying customers. After we ordered, the server spilled my drink all over the table and walked away without even bothering to wipe the spill. Don’t waste your time coming here and if you are hungry bring your own food , that will be prepared before they get to you.

It's TGIF it is what it is but I will say this about this particular location in Manhasset it was clean,staff were very friendly and our food was served hot It's just very sad to see what is still going on a full year later desertedness EVERYWHERE!!! You share a menu because they only get discarded after a quick glance maybe 10 people in a place that would usually have about a 100 at least at 6:00 on a Thursday evening what a shame we all must help, stop buying the products without looking where they are made you know what to do!!!
