I have had the most satisfying experience banking with Santander. The service is impeccable and the staff is always warm, welcoming, and helpful. Most of my banking is done with Jizet, she has been so patient and helpful with me from the start. Couldn’t recommend her more!

I recently switched some of my banking services to Santander due to an offer the made to me. I was a bit hesitant as starters but I gotta say I definitely now they totally got me and i am extremely satisfied. I even work in one of the BIG 4 banks and I know whenever it comes to customer service, compliance and high expectations and the staff in this Santander branch definitely fulfill all those. Everytime I go they do an excellent job. The tellers look so professional and they are very kind, they machines area at the top of the technological standards and high-end looking. The bankers as well are extremely knowledgeable and wise.nnThus being said, I’m staying with Santander definitely. All banks, ALL OF THEM, provide the same financial services. There’s no difference. Same rates, same fee waivers, blablabla... the only thing that makes a difference between financial institutions is the contact and human service they provide. The excellence in customer service, genuine customer service, they can deliver to you whenever solving your needs.nnHighly recommended!
