Wells Fargo Bank

I wish I can give them a zero star. Need to send a wire transfer. They are telling me to come back in 3 days because there are no appointments available.

These people have nooooo idea what they are doing. When I called wells fargo they told me to do the same thing I tried to do at this branch. They gave me a nonsense excuse as to why they couldn't give my money. Please train these people here a bit better, have them call the right departments and know what they are doing!!! No insight or help about anything.

We never have been to this branch before but in neighborhood and needed to do some banking business, I have to say the negative reviews do not justify the staff at this location! Everyone was polite, professional and friendly! We had a few difficult transactions to take care of and I have to say fo always a smile and positive attitude! I highly recommend this branch and staff!!! 7/5 stars!!!

Its a nice small branch. It sucks that there are no branches in Queens, however its worth the drive to Great Neck. Everytime I go, I am always helped with great customer service.
