As a banker myself, I have very big expectations of customer service. Working from a big bank makes you learn what is to serve properly in a challenging and aggresive competitive market. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH EXCELLENCE AT TOP! Bank here!! I had terrible experiences with Big banks (Chase, Citibank, Cap one,...) so i was doing shopping and surveying where to move over my banking and financial needs (at the end of the day ALL BANKS ARE ud83dudcaf % equal, same products, same fees,...their ONLY AND SINGLE DIFFERENCE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE) and in this Investors location I precisely found that: very charming and knowledgeable staff, caring and concerned about my needs. ¡They even took the time to send me a card in the mail handwritten thanking me for moving my banking to them! That’s going above and beyond and providing Excelent customer service. Consider them for any banking or financial need you might have!
