Oh that young lady that helped me very attentive knew her styles bought $450 worth of clothes because service was on point
I’ve been shopping at the Rochester location for years and it’s a pleasure to go into a store where the folks who work there know your name, acknowledge your presence and are familiar with your likes in clothes. We are comfortable enough that suggestions are welcomed.Great group of people with excellent selection of designs and quality.

Shopping for my dad, in an unusual scenario, and the employees were ready to help and so understanding with our questions giving us thourough explanations of some options we had. Then explained their return policy upfront, (which will work well for us, should we need it) to ease our worries as we purchased several items for my dad that we often have a difficult time finding his size. My mom said prices compared so much better than the store they used to go to, years ago, for the Big and Tall catergorized clothes. They carry many recognized brands, and I loved the varieties of color as well as the mix of traditional and modern styles.
The DXL representarives are always courteous and very helpful. Aimee and Abby are the best. The store is always clean, organized and with an enticing aroma that wecomes you when you enter the building. Good job, keep going!
