5 Stars for a shoe place, this doesnt happen to me often. But when they earned it I am glad to write it. This store is a must visit store, prices and service were very good.
They always have a good selection of Dansko, Keen, and other high-end, practical shoes for all genders. They also sell leather care products and waterproofing spray. Prices are about the same as anywhere else.

I can’t believe I have lived in Rochester for 28 years and just discovered 123 Shoes! No more AMAZON prime for me. 123 shoes has all the quality shoes (Birkenstock, Merrill, Dansko, Naot, etc) under one roof. The staff is helpful but not pushy. They offer suggestions but know that footwear is a personal decision. I literally spent 45 minutes walking around the store in all different shoes trying to find the best shoes for my plantar fasciitis. And I came home with a winner that I would never have even thought to order online. I’m sold!!! 123 Shoes, I’ll be back, over and over again!
