Nice staff, and have had good experiences grooming our young Lab. But it all fell apart for us when we brought our older 14 year old Golden, Toby. We gave a heads up that Toby was pretty weak and would need help standing. ‘No problem’, we were told. ‘We’ll give him breaks. We also wanted to be sure they knew how to trim a Golden, with feathering behind his legs and rear. Again, ‘No problem. Jessica is experienced with Goldens and knows’. So we booked Jessica. Now while I appreciate that Toby was more effort, it wasn’t until I had paid, tipped and was on the way to the car that Jessica informed me that they would no longer be able to take him for an appointment. ‘Too much effort requiring two people to hold him up. I get that, but we did give advanced notice, and it kind of hurt to have our sweet guy sort of thrown out. The final disappointment is that his trim isn’t close to what a Golden should look like. No feathering at all on his legs and rear, and in front, his chest, head and ears left shaggy and messy. All of his distinguishing Golden features have been clipped off. And his ears still dirty, with waxy brown on the inside, so it seems they weren’t cleaned. Guess we’re done here.

If you need help with bearded dragons Cooper is who you want! Extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to accommodate anyone from a rookie to a lifetime bearded dragon owner. Nicest guy you could ever talk to. Only reason for the 4/5 stars was that the facility is consistently low on inventory....not a reflection of Cooper or the teams service - they’d get 6 stars if that were possible!

I go here for my aquarium needs. The people that work there are always very kind and knowledgeable. I've never gotten an unhealthy fish from this place.

Friendly staff and willing to help. Clean environment and had any thing you need,sanitation wise, at the door before you even walked inside.. Good idea. If it wasn't so unnecessarily pricey I would give it a perfect score
