This is a cute little boutique. The shoes were fun and stylish and slightly overpriced, though they were still decent quality. (Most shoes seemed to be made in China and ranged from $70 to $90 , which is probably about what I'd expect from most boutiques.)

I could not be happier with the service my mom and I received at Elle Bleu. We came in just before close and we felt so bad but the girls were unbelievably nice and so patient with us!! They answered all of our questions and were so knowledgeable about the merchandise. I was so impressed! They were also dressed so cute and were wearing the store merchandise which I thought was so nice! You never see that. I am so so happy with this store. The quality and price point is amazing. I will definitely be coming back!!! This is how you do business
