Unity Internal Medicine - Cornerstone

My Dr is kind and knowledgeable and I would recommend them, but I would NOT recommend this office. They seem pretty understaffed. More than once I've waited almost ten minutes for someone to take my call only to be hung up on. Sometimes they turn off their phone line over a half hour before they're supposed to close. It took almost a week for someone to find a fax from a different office. This has led to a gap in my medications and I am extremely displeased.

Dr. Koehler is fantastic, he always listens and takes his time. I feel very comfortable with him and really appreciate everything he does for me. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends

So far I'm extremely disappointed just with trying to call! I held for 21 minutes and 19 seconds...I'll be a new patient so hopefully this isn't a show of what's to come
